Can anyone recommend a PC for my 12yo?

He is very interested in graphic design and is always editing things creating logos etc?

He wants an Apple iMac but they are soo expensive and the interest added onto it when you pay finance is ridiculous!!

What do I need to be looking for when looking for a computer for him to do his graphic design/animation etc?

I would look at a used iMac or Mac mini on flea bay. What's your budget?

Does it have to be a PC? IPad with an apple pen and Procreate software is fab - could add on Bluetooth keyboard/mouse then effectively a laptop. Music magpie do good refurbished options.
