Apple Iphone - can you have 2 ID's on one phone

Is it possible if 2 people share a phone to have 2 profiles/IDs? Like you can do on Windows for example.

Following as I need to have work and home on 1 iPhone

Don't think so! But following just in case...

I believe you can. Just have person A sign out and erase their data from the phone before person B signs in. Repeat cycle as needed.

It's a pain in the butt, but theoretically possible.

Adding, I have just clarified with my husband who works in the mobile phone industry.

This is possible, but only as an either/or scenario. You cannot have both IDs running simultaneously.

You can have more than one but you have to keep logging out and logging in you can’t just switch via a single click

My DH had his work number and his personal number on one iPhone but I have no idea how it is done. He cant switch one off and use only the other one though.

That'll probably be an e-sim. Useful when you go abroad as well. But doesn't mean you can have two separate profiles on the phone.

E-sim or dual sim.

So if you have a real SIM and another esim in the phone how do you choose which one to use for roaming/ WhatsApp or texting phoning?

You can adjust the settings once it's set up to determine which one you want to use for data/calls etc.

I have this and I end up carrying two phones like a bloody drug dealer.

I don't think it's possible. I have teams and outlook on my personal phone but I don't think I can get domain stuff on there like salesforce?! Or have two WhatsApp's?

I've thought about putting the sim in my personal phone but if I have to revert to my work phone what's the point. I've synced the two so my work phone is on my Apple family but no personal stuff is on my work phone.
