Dds father gave her a phone for Xmas, he set it up including the email and password, dd has reset the phone but ex will not give the email or password so she can’t use it anymore (there is no way to set it up as a new phone) it asks for the phones previous email and password, does anyone know any way round this so she can use it again? It’s a Samsung s9.
