Do you know Someone or Company that will Build a Website?

I would like to locate an individual or a company that can build a Website for me. I feel recommendation is the best way forward with this.

Preferably in the Guildford/Woking area, but not sure if locality actually matters.

It depends on what you need the website for. If it's simple blog, you could easily do it yourself with wordpress. If you need something like a shop with full set of functions, you'd better find a specialist. Not that like it's impossible to do on your own. It's more like the specialist will know what kind of functionality is better to have for admin panel and he'she will teach you how to use it.
