Anyone techie about? Advice please about how to stop this spam

I run a small business. Every day I am getting multiple emails to my personal email account from someone called Eric Jones, saying they've come across my website and how I need to buy their product to capture visitors' info. The problem is that I can't report this as spam (I did try) as when I hover over the 'sender' it appears to be being sent from my own info@businessname email address. The subject line is always New Message From (my business name). There is an 'unsubscribe' link at the end of the messages but give how dodgy this all is I am loath to use it. I sure as hell did not subscribe to this. Any ideas as to how I can stop this harrassment, please? TIA

If you are using a Mail client like Outlook, you can set up Mail filtering rules. You can filter on sender (no good in your case), or filter by the subject containing specific words. You can then have the rule move the Mail out of your inbox.

Pretty sure Outlook doesn't allow you to filter by email content.
