Locked out of Facebook help!!

On Thursday I opened my Facebook mobile app and it said that there has been suspicious activity on my account and they have locked it for my safety. I had to follow steps to send proof of id and they said they'll review and get back to me.

I haven't yet heard anything.

As much as I miss the mindless scrolling I am unable to access my small business' page and I'm missing out on orders. Most of my orders come via Facebook.

I don't know what else to do. It seems impossible to get any help or support and it's making me so anxious.

I'm also worrying about how this is affe to g my business reputation that I have built up.

Hi Avocado, did you get any resolution to this at all? I’m in the same situation after Facebook started a verification process which has me in an endless loop of resolutions that don’t work.

I’ve lost my charity work page which connects hundreds of local volunteers as well as 15 years worth of memories for my children. I have had incurable cancer for the last two years so these have taken on extra significance.

I know so many people won’t understand but I’m devastated.
