I have a kindle fire 5th generation which I've set up with profiles for my two DDs. I have an amazon prime membership so there are lots of films/tv shows which I can download. I've downloaded a few films for them which I want to put on their profiles, however downloaded videos don't show in the library, so you don't seem to be able to put them on to children's profiles. I've googled and can't find very much about this issue, but I did find something that said that prime included videos can't be loaded on to kids profiles on the 5th generation fire.
However, it does say that you can load content from elsewhere on to the fire using a microSD card. And you can also save downloaded content from Prime to a microSD card, so I wonder if this is a way around it? I'm happy to buy a microSD card, but I don't want to if it's not going to work. Has anyone tried this?
