Putting music from phone onto CD

Please can anyone help? I have a music file which has been sent to me on whats app, DC needs this burning on to a CD for school. I wanted to email it into them but apparently that's not allowed!! Any tips on what I need to do would be gratefully received as I haven't a clue!! Thanks

Send it by bluetooth to your laptop and then burn it onto a disc from there.

I use Windows media player, it should be on your laptop already. Insert a disc into your disc drive, open WMP and it's pretty self explanatory from there. There's lots of YouTube videos that'll help if you're stuck.
