Help!!! OH just accidentally deleted his work email account!!

My OH was just trying to change something on his work email account (it’s his business) and he’s deleted the account. It’s a .co.uk email if that’s of any help?? We can’t work out how to get it back!! 😩😩 any help would be wonderful!

Look on the provider's website for information?

This might be a dim question but...how do we know who the provider is?? 🤔

Is it something like hotmail.co.uk or dhbusiness name .co.uk

What software was he using? Is it an app? He deleted the app? Or is it cloud based like office 365? Or is it linked to a domain name for the company?

There is a difference between deleting a link/access and the actual account

It’s his business name then .co.uk it wasn’t an app.

But what platform is he using to open it? Microsoft outlook?

Go to Sky.com or Gmail or Hotmail website and log in

You’ve more than likely deleted the app rather than the account

You may have just deleted a link.
Can you view your trash bin and see if it's in that? Then you can probably Restore.

He said he clicked on the ‘mail’ icon on his iPhone and was scrolling through looking to change the signature thing on his email and he clicked ‘delete account’ by mistake 🙄 he’s worse than me at tech stuff...

So he owns his own domain name. Dhbusiness.co.uk.
Who does he buy the domain off? His business will have paid for that.
That’s his provider.
Check with them.

He’s probably just deleted the account from his phone, not the actual account.

What did the mail icon look like? Is it the standard iPhone one?

He just needs to add a new account to his
Mail app

He can add the account on again

Click on add account and type the email address in and it should come back

I bet it is only deleted from the phone. He will be able to restore it if so.
