Tattoo removal: laser or saline

I’d love some general independent advice please.

I’ve got a 25 year old tattoo that’s about 4cm x 3cm that I want completely removed. It’s colour and black and colour.

Every business I speak to gives different advice depending on what service they offer….if they do saline removal then apparently that’s definitely the best option. If they have a laser then that’s definitely the best way to go. If the business has laser and saline then they say a bit of both is best.

Any real people who have experience in this area have any advice or opinions.

A good few sessions of lazer to break up the ink deposits, then if it doesn't go with 7-8 sessions, use the saline.
