Tattoo cover up for musical

Originally posted in style and beauty but no response so, having just discovered this topic, hoping someone on here can help me!

I'm in a musical in April and need to cover up three tattoos on my foot and ankles. I have very very pale skin and am struggling to find something that will work!
All that I've read seems to suggest using a peach colour base to neutralise the black and purple tones but I tried that today and ended up with weird orange patches despite using a pale foundation over the top (admittedly this was just panic bought supermarket stuff). I don't know if proper stage make up would be better but again, all I've googled doesn't seem to have a shade pale enough for me!
I could probably get away with plasters for my ankles but my foot tattoo covers all of the top of my foot so would look bizarre with a load of plasters stuck over the top like a patchwork quilt!
I've never used concealer etc for the face so I'm a bit clueless really-help! I've also never needed to cover up my tattoos for work etc but need something that's going to be long lasting and smudge proof as there's a lot of dancing etc and very bright stage lights!

I’ve never used any but there are specific tattoo cover foundations. I know kat Von d does one and her regular foundation shades go quite pale so it may be pale enough for you?

Errrgh I was really trying to avoid kat Von d because I don't want to give her any money but it's looking like that may be the one! Quite a few people/google searches have come up with her so I might need to just grit my teeth and buy it!

You do not have to buy Kat Von Ds stuff!

Any high coverage concealer should do the job, and if this is for stage it doesn't have to be a perfect match because distance and lights will help you.

You need dermacol

Will you be wearing dance tights? They will help with covering it (or covering the concealer!)

Thanks all! Some good leads there! @SoupDragon probably just normal tights if I wear any at all (I'm in heels and always feel a bit 'slippy' when wearing tights inside heels to dance with). So may end up layering Sally Hansen liquid tights stuff over the whole lot which would add more coverage!
I really hate wearing tights so any excuse not to is fine by me 😂

What’s wrong with Kat Von D?

I thought Kat Von D has left her company and won’t be gaining any more money from it?

@Mazyka she's anti vaxx, married a neo nazi and is generally a horrible person

Although interesting to hear she's left the company. I'll look into that!
