Tattoo removal London or Surrey - where to go?

HI
Has anyone had a tattoo removed successfully anywhere in London or Surrey that you would recommend?
Looking for recommendations before I book in.
Other than a scar what are the associated risks?

Hi I have just been looking at skin clinic laser removal they have clinics in Epsom and Guildford and good reviews on google but following to see if any are recommended.
