My wife and I are thinking about surrogacy, but need advice of best agencies to contact, best fertility clinics with highest success rates, and anymore information people can give us will be much appreciated

Please think a bit harder.
It must be emotionally devastating if you're unable to conceive the child you long for, but paying another woman to create a child for you with the deliberate intention to remove the baby from its mother is cruel.

Surrogacy should really be illegal except possibly in very, very limited circumstances, for instance if a woman has a baby for her sister, but remains acknowledged as the mother of the child. The pain of being unable to have a child does not mean it's reasonable to then obtain a child by cruel means.
I'm very sorry @CarterP . Spend the money on therapy to come to terms with your personal distress rather than exploiting a woman and creating a child for 'ownership'.

There are plenty of fertility clinics in the UK - you can find them. They can’t match you to a surrogate though
