Has anyone used this company?

I ordered a C&c cage set up at the end of November. They haven’t even shipped it yet and aren’t replying to my emails! Yet I get daily advert emails from them which is frustrating.

Just wondered if anyone had experienced them?

Has it arrived yet? I’m going to assume so - I’ve used this company regularly and yes, you do get a LOT of ad emails but their shipping times have never been an issue for me.

I've just checked through my emails and I used them. It was nearly 6 years ago though sorry - it arrived quickly and it's still going strong!
I remember it arriving quickly as I had bought a too small cage from pets at home (on their advice) and I was feeling guilty before it arrived.

I bought a cage 2 years ago and it arrived on time, it's reasonably good quality and the fleece liners are wearing and washing well. The GPs are very happy in it.

I am sorry to all of those who asked! I did not see the replies.

It did eventually arrive. Apparently they had run out of packaging. And the Black Friday orders were large!! It came about 20 days after I got first confirmation email… But they were very apologetic in the end.
