Kitten boy or girl

Any help please? My friend has a kitten and is worried it's a boy despite being told a girl can't get any better pics at moment but I'm thinking a boy?? Tia xx

We were the same - were supposed to get 2 girls but they were actually both boys

Why does it matter? My old cat was a boy, complete legend. Current kitten also a boy, we had planned to get a boy and a girl from the rescue, but the girl sadly died , boy cat is also brilliant very tolerant of DS , playful and very affectionate, he's under the duvet snuggled against my leg currently. Why is she worried? As long as males are neutered they're no trouble

Ours turned out to be a girl after we were convinced it was a boy for a few weeks

She's worried as she has a one year old un neutered female
Now a male

I don't know why she isn't neutered, but she will be getting neutered I reckon now 😅

I've told her she can go with cats protection like I had both of my female cat's neutered through the scheme she just needs to call up

Maybe she should do both cats?

As long as males are neutered there no trouble
Shall I suggest she'll need to neuter both?
She's only thinking of doing one or the other

As someone that volunteers in Animal Rescue and is frankly exhausted by it and suffering from "compassion fatigue" I have my head in my hands at people who do not neuter their pets. Do these people have any idea how many unwanted litters, or animals end up in rescue, some can't be rehomed, some are destroyed? Then there's the Rescues, which are actually just people (normal people, just members of the public) giving up their free time, on top of demanding day jobs, to sort this mess out.

Short answer: Yes, your friend should neuter ALL her cats immediately.

She's still thinking it's a girl.
She's getting them both spayed

The gap between the anus and genitals is too large for it to be a girl
