last year i had a dwarf hamster that passed away i had him for close to two years i was close to him he had a habit of nibbling on one of my tshirts and because of that theres a few holes in it but i kept it for sentimental reasons i just wondered if theres any suggestions of what i can do with tshirt i still want to keep it but do something in his memory

Cushion cover? Sew a lining in it or just sew it to a plain cushion.

Have someone make it into a soft toy? Or diy using a T-shirt teddy video on YouTube.

Put it in a 3D box frame with a photograph.
