Hammy losing hair...

Elderly hammie, losing alot of fur.

He drinks about 100ml of water every 2 days (alot for.him). Cage needs cleaning alot, as his wee has got a but smelly.

Moves around ok for being elderly and still enjoys cuddles. Rest be assured, if he looked in pain I'd take him to the vet straight away.

Any idea how long I'll have left with him.

I seriously hope you took this hamster to a vet soon after making this post. This is a serious amount of hair loss and combined with the massive water intake suggests that your hamster has Cushing's disease which requires medication. There are other conditions that it could be, but all require medical attention from an exotics specialist vet
