Guinea pig passed away

I am away from home for a few days but DH said the gp was eating his morning feed before he left for work at 8am, he only works across the road, came home for lunch at 1230 and the GP had passed away.

He was nearly 7 which I understand is a good age for a GP, his brother died last year, he's been fine on his own but we won't be getting anymore

I had Bob and Rainbow Dash gerbils a few years ago. Bob died first and Rainbows Dash has a stroke and took a couple of weeks to die. They’re buried in the communal gardens of our tower block. I was sadder than my kids !

RIP Ginger. What a grand age he was and what a handsome fellow.

RIP little Ginger. It's good that he seems to have gone without any significant illness or distress.

Are gp are so cute.. Sorry for the loss of your little lad... I had 2. 1 came to a sorry end when she escaped her run and ddog tried to carry her back home....
My ndn gave her a proper JW send off.

Thank you, we don't have a garden but dh has buried him in my mother's garden next to his brother
