What's this on our guinea pug?

Can anyone help? I thought it was his grease gland - he gets loads of grease Hmm but looks more like a cyst. The size hasn't changed since we noticed it though.

Whereabouts is it on him?
They can be prone to cysts. I'd take him to the vet just to be on the safe side as they can easily develop into an abscess quite quickly.
