Can anyone see what this might be ? The white dot is the flash but below it is a greyish white smudge.

Beginning of a cataract?

nitgel · 21/06/2020 19:56

Thanks. I was thinking it could be that.

This could be a scratch/ulcer, possibly cataract, the EC parasite can also cause weird markings in the eye. If concerned, give your vet a call.

Is the surface of the eye completely flat or is there an indentation?

not long at all, it's def in the lens. We took her to the vet and they have prescribed some worming paste and are treating for parasites though they said there is not test. Hopefully this will stop it in it's tracks, otherwise if it keeps growing I'll have to take her back.
