Has our bunny had a stroke? Or back legs just done?

This week our rescue netherland dwarf bunny has been less active than her usual self. On wednesday, we noticed she was dragging her back legs, so took her to the vet.
Vet said she has feeling in the legs and is able and determined to move and do what she wants to do. She was given metacam for pain and we took her home. She was bright and determined and seemed happy within herself.
Few days on, she's still happy and carefully creeping about her run. We adjusted her hutch and run with a ramp and moved her bed down and she's eating, bright and alert as always.
I noticed her left eye is weeping a bit and the first few days her whole butt was flopping to the side. she has no head tilt tho and is co-ordinated.
Has anyone had any experience of this with their bunnies?
She was a stray from sspca and we think she was about two or three when we got her, we've had her 5 years. She's a grumpy, growly, nippy, greedy, cheeky wee bawbag of a bunny who we love the bones of!

I know she's old, just wondering if anyone has advice please?

Before I get flamed, my vet said she isn't suffering at all. If I thought for a second she was, I'd not hesitate to have her PTS. I know rabbits are prey and hide weakness but her eye is bright and she is cheeky as usual!
