What's this on my rat's tail?

Picture is a bit blurry.
It's a growth but doesn't match any pics on Google of tumours.
I am going to book a vets app but wondered if anyone could help in the meantime.
Rat is 23 months old and female. Her cagemate was euthanised this week because of a tumour so I'm convinced this is going to end badly too 😢

Hi OP, did you take her to the vet? To me it just looks like a skin tag. I'd be more concerned with any swellings in her abdomen or if she looks like she's suddenly gained weight.
