Not really pets but does anyone know what these are?

There are lots of them and have eaten a whole bleeding heart plant!

We are in the North East if that helps

Any lepidopterologists about on the boards today?

Im in the north east and have these. If you look closely they wrap themselves in plant leaves in a cocoon. Its fasinating. My plants all have curled over leaves. I just let them do there thing and hopefully butterflies appear😉 i dont no what they are either.

I think it's a Sawfly larvae, possibly the Solomon's Seal sawfly.
Do they have tiny black speckles down the sides?
