I’m adopting two small lop rabbits from a friend who is moving abroad .

They’re house rabbits and I’m busy looking for all the things we need whilst DH rabbit proofs the house .

During the day whilst we’re at work , they will need to be caged and at night whilst we sleep , but every morning before we leave and every night they will be free to come and go as they please .

I cannot work out how to post links Blush but I’m thinking of purchasing two :

Ferplast 160 cages and joining them together either in a single line or in an L shape .

Will this be a big enough area?

Short answer no - they need constant access to run area - so cages inside fenced off area or spare room with lots of play stuff - or they will get bored which causes issues such as fighting - look on rabbitwelfare.co.uk for more info
