So in a moment of weakness I told ds and dsd they could have a gerbil each. They're very excited. I've not owned a small pet yet, only dogs and cats.
I want to make sure they have the best life we can give them. Does anyone have any tips?
Also, any experience of owning gerbils and a cat?
