Guinea pig has stopped cleaning

My piggie is 2 years old.
Lives a very happy life with her sister, huge run in the day, comes in at night, to our cool hallway. When outside, always in the shade, run and cage to explore. Food, water, hay, grass everything a piggie would need.
She’s very happy, playful and cuddly, extremely tame and handled everyday.
She’s stopped cleaning. I’ve noticed the last few weeks when I’ve got her in/out, she’s been wet underneath.
She has slightly longer hair (Abyssinian rather than short hair like her sister) but it’s long on top, not underneath.
She’s had two baths in as many weeks and the water was very dirty.
Tempted to take her to the vets, even though this is the only obvious symptom. I don’t believe she’s being lazy... I really don’t know why she’s stopped cleaning.
Any suggestions welcome please. I think I’ll book her into the vets later in the week (though this causes them a lot of stress, worth it to check things out?) Thanks!

If she's wet on her belly is it pee? (The only way to tell is to smell her Envy

I would echo what 70isa said. Additionally I would try to arrange a veg appointment sooner rather than later as if she does have a medical problem guinea pigs can go downhill very fast. Also if she's not cleaning herself well keep an eye out for flystrike, especially with the weather we are having she will be at risk for this.

Thanks both! I’ve booked her an appt. Typically she was dry when I got her out today! I think the bladder infection is a good call - I didn’t think of that, a piggie in the past had a recurrent bladder infection, took a few lots of antibiotics to clear it. It was very obvious as she would squeak and I would occasionally see blood. No sign of this at present but it could be early in the infection I guess?
It’s defiantely wee I can smell it on my hands after handling her.. no sores that I can see either..
