Hi, just looking for some advice really regarding my soon to be mother in law. I am a soon to be father, and my fiancée's mother just seems to be trying to take over. Such as trying (and failing) to invite her self to the scans, she wants to be in the room for the birth which i dont have a problem with so long as she understands its special thing for me and my partner. I think she thinks once the baby is here she will be looking after he or she all the time as she has bought her own pram and car seat. Im just looking for ways to let her down gently really and noy coming off looking like a bad guy.
