Hamster - sores on legs

I've just noticed my little Syrian has a sore at the top of each of her back legs underneath. Just wondering if anyone knows what this could be or what I should do about it. They're just tiny red bits of skin which look sore and irritated

Try salt water and a little tiny but of sudocrem- if it doesn't clear up/look better in 48 hours take them to the vet.

Also check your hamsters house for any rough area's that could be causing the soreness. My daughter's previous hamster used to like chewing things and occasionally would end up with random sore bits. So sudocrem on the sore bits and finding either sanding down or replacing the rough chewed bits sorted her out.
