Bunny has GI stasis

My poor poor bunny has the onset of GI stasis. She seemed off her food last night, hadn't eaten or pooped this morning. Took her straight to the vets, she's got food pouches and had a couple of injections. I've taken the day off work to nurse her and syringe the food. Bought lots of coriander to try and entice her.
She's currently sat on the couch with DD we're trying to keep her nice and warm.

Does anyone have any tips? I feel terrible she's got this, I try to ensure she has a good diet, lots of hay plus spring greens, kale, herbs, carrot tops and occasional strawberry tops and a little carrot. I've obviously got this wrong somewhere.

Any tips would be much appreciated. They said to take her back straight away if she goes downhill at all and they'll put her on a drip. I really want to avoid that if at all possible, I don't want her getting stressed. They offered to keep her in but I don't think she'd like that at all.

My two bunnies had it earlier in the year a month apart one had to have a drip the other one didn't.

Dont beat yourself up about it no one really knows what causes it.

Offer her any food right now eating anything is better than nothing.

My vet recommended fresh dandelions leaves and flowers if you have a garden you can pick them from.

I hope she's better soon

Dandelions! Thank you she is nibbling on them as we speak Smile
How long did it take for them to recover? Work were very good about letting me have the time off today but I'll need to go in tomorrow if at all possible. But I don't want to leave her too soon.
