Leaky water bottle

as above really, the water bottle attached to the hutch seem to drip a lot even when the buns haven't been drinking. Is there anything I can do to prevent this apart from getting a bowl? It's just a standard upside down bottle with metal spout attached with wire. Thanks

I used to use a bowl (that my pigs ignored) but when we got 3 pigs , I got a bottle (ignored also)

The best one I found was a glass one with a little plastic carrot in it (as a visual guide to the water level, not some weirdy decor Grin )

The best tip I found was to fill it right up , no air space ( though the previous leaky bottle said leave a vacuum , it didn't work)

I did try a small shallow bowl under the spout to catch drips but the pigs were a bit Eh?
