most hogs like one level. they are lazy and not the most athletic animals (I'm not calling my GPs lardy but...............)
If you get a two level, the ramp needs to be accessible. Shallow and if you can, with sides (so it's more tunnel like)
If you're looking for a base to go on grass bear in mind they can use it on wet grass and it'll be heavy to move.
I've never bought a hutch, and most of them I've seen (P@H, Range,Wilkos) I wouldn't trust to keep a fox out TBH.
There are some good sites on the rabbit threads (the rabbit hutches are bigger, they need 3 hops worth)
My pigs have a Playhouse that my DC used to play in (it;s a good 72" wide and long) I can stand in it (just)
Indoors they tolerate a 2'x4' cage (from the Range) that is plastic/wire .
