MedicAnimal.com - are there problem with this company? Or just their website?

I've been ordering our guinea pig food and hay from them - best prices I could find online and fast delivery.

However, I've been unable to 'open' what I want: the website is there, it's opening, but the product page isn't.

Any experience or inside knowledge, anyone?

My order seems to have gone through today - I guess they just had some IT issues.
I hope, anyway.

I hope so too... Our greyhound's phenomenally expensive kibble which is all his somewhat defective digestive system can take (!) is 40% cheaper on there than the local vet's.

Oh good, I am not the only person in Britain using them

The price differences are staggering - even for GP pellets which are not that specialist. I buy 10kg at a time which makes it almost half prize compared to the 2kg bags in Pets at Home. Plus free delivery - no contest

We tried them for our cats prescription food and had massive problems with delivery - twice ,so gave up .

Oh, interesting. Not in a good way. Hm.
They delivered the last time, so we shall see.

Order arrived today - was fully tracked and appeared on time after text AND email notification.
As I got 'free delivery' I am well pleased - shame I forgot to order half the things I needed…
