Can I put coconut oil on rabbit's ringworm?

Old lady bun has ringworm on her head, by her ear (so in a place she can groom)

Vet is USELESS in giving anything other than a hibiscrub wash (which is a nightmare to administer on a Rex rabbit)

Can I use coconut oil? Or will it harm her if ingested?

I'm not sure if you're meant o but I used to use sudocrem antiseptic cream on minor skin irritations with my rexy. No idea about coconut oil though, sorry.
