I have named them bubbles blossom and buttercup. Aka the Powerpuff Girls!

They are settling in lovely! The cats and dogs are fascinated. And I can't take my eyes off them!

Has anyone had much success in training them? Little tricks etc.

Wish I could share pics on the mobile app. They're adorable!

I had gone with the intention to buy two and they had three girls left. I couldn't leave one behind so I brought them all home Grin

Hello - we got some for DD1 for Christmas. I'm surprised at how cute they are Smile. And our cat has a new TV to watch!

We haven't fully tamed them yet - one is still a bit bitey, but we can take the other out of the cage for a short while. but it always tries to jump off my hands after a few seconds, and tries to dig through them as well. DD1 isn't up for holding it yet as she's worried it will escape from her (which I think it would to be fair, she's only 6 and not used to handling little fast furries).

Any tips gratefully appreciated!

Hi - we got two gerbils a couple of weeks ago... did everything that the shop advised but find that one of them is still very bitey - he drew blood yesterday. I have googled a lot and have now equipped myself with gardening gloves and lots of lovely treats. Will try and tempt him on to the hand bit by bit. I'm determined to tame him so my son can cuddle his pet (lovingly named Robert)!

The other one (Gobble) is just gorgeous and snuggly and great great fun. Loves being held.

They appear to be quite intelligent creatures which can be trained so good luck with the tricks!

I miss our gerbils we had some for years much better than hamsters, ours were lovely tame girls, great escape artists though.
