LUMP ADVICE :( URGENT

Hi all, as many of you know I have been adopted by three lovely guinea 'nephews' round the corner. The little blond boar is new to them ( about three months) taken kindly by them as a neighbour 'no longer needed him'.

Went round today armed with dandelions, grass and cabbage. Sat cooing to blond boy ( he is gorrrgeous) and he kept coming out, sitting on his ramp, desperate to get to me, or so I thought. ' OOOh he likes my voice, ooh he wants some company etc.' Cue embarrassing guinea voice. H ran out, and I was just going to pick him up when he BYPASSED me and went straight for the CABBAGE on my knee, grabbed it and ran back in Xmas Blush.

Sadly, in a few days he seems to have grown a HUGE lump on the side of his face, near his jaw and it is absolutely enormous, I was really shocked how quickly it has grown. He is still eating and drinking but seems to have lost weight and condition, I am so sad to see him like this, because he is now BFF with one of the boars, and seemed so very happy in his new surroundings and with all the care and love they give him. Have to say, it doesnt look good. Any thoughts, wise women?

Aww, poor Boris. My guinea pig. Draining did the trick. How's Boris now? (I love the name Boris, it fits GPs very well in general, I think- it's their face.)
