Drinking out of same bowl as pet rabbit!

We have just inherited a rabbit and are trying to get her used to us and bringing her in to the house for cuddles during the day.
My husband was feeding her some dried bread and then offered her some water from one of the cups on the table. She did drink it.
I was a bit surprised but said ok, we will now keep that cup just for the rabbit.
No need he said, just wash it and we can keep using it to drink from.

Is it just me that finds that strange or would other rabbit lovers be happy to do this.

By the way, we have plenty of cups, its not like we needed that one urgently.
Thank you if you have taken the time to read this

Meh, I think that's fine.

Rabbits are very clean animals, and they don't eat meat.

I would reuse the glass Blush

(This is coming from a germ phobe!)

My previous rabbit used to get tucked up in bed with my kids so I'd be perfectly happy to share a cup with one Grin

They are clean animals so don't worry about it. Welcome to your new bunny she sounds lovely.
