SmoothPig eats all veg regardless of colour, and is very laid back even though he is top pig. If his status is challenged, he usually ignores it and quite often settles down for a nap instead. He's quite lazy and loves to sleep and be stroked and will curl up quite happily for hours on someone's lap.

ScruffyPig eats anything green, chats and wriggles non-stop, likes to follow rather than lead, loves a tunnel and is not adverse to trying to sneak the odd nip in whenever he thinks he can get away with it. He's the kind of pig that talks a lot but doesn't achieve much, whereas Smoothpig just quietly gets on with things.

Well the 70isa boars have Piganality, not Personality they'd have you know....sniff

We got ours as one year olds, so missed out on the babypig stage. When DD saw the picture (she wanted boars, I blame her entirely ) she fell in love with GP1.

GP1 is a big Golden Agouti Smooth. Black feet and one freaky brown claw. Very majestic, boary, bolshy but so protective of his brother and loves my DD. He cuddles up to her like a little living Teddy Bear.
First to the Food.
First to mosey round the PigHouse, in the hay, in the boxes, have a pee.
Helped himself to a slice of my Mothers Day Breakfast toast because nobody was offering any.
Complete parsley-hog.

GP2 is a smaller, jet black rough coat with a fatty eye (where the white eyelid shows). He can be a feisty little so-and-so if it suits him. Happy to annoy GP1 but very dependant on him.
Curls up under my chin like a little croissant and FARTS. Eye-watering.
Does huge poohs (Walnut in a shell size has been expelled)
He's like a little hedgehog. Can be a bit 'mouthy' -not a bite but glances over my skin with his teeth. As an adult not a problem but I would worry about a child having a pig like him.
Doesn't Pee Mark, very un-Boary .

They like their space, they keep a distance but they need to know each other is there .

We luffs them.

Oh and weirdly GP2 has never squeaked. He makes purr noises and 'dove' noises.
I think he'd squeak if I stood on him but I don't want to test that theory.

Unlike GP1 who screeched like a girl (I could hear him from outside the Pighouse) when GP2 was sitting on him. (GP1 was buried in deep hay at the time)

BigPig likes to sit his chubby arse in the crook of my neck or on my knee and watch Emmerdale. He like parsley, kale, baby leaf salad but turns his nose up at broccoli!
He is quite shy unless he thinks he is invisible .i.e under a pile of hay, in a blanket, under his stool, then he will popcorn and squeak away. He used to be a lazy arse but has had a recent spurt of energy in the past few months.
His favourite thing is to lie under his stool and snooze!
He is the boss mostly and he sings :)
I do not like picking the odd poo/hay strand out of his bum and the fact that he stinks .
Will run away if you try and catch him or stroke him in his cage but loves it when he is caught

LittlePig is a sod...through and through a sod!!
He thinks he can fly , he thinks he is boss , he hates having his nails cut and has let me know this through his teeth , he escapes , he chews furniture , gets stuck ......I could go on .
Fave food is parsley which I think makes him hyper so he is limited , if I give him any other pepper but red then he gives me the evil look!
Braver than BigPig, will let you stroke him in the cage, actually he makes it so you have to by putting his little paws up and giving you the guinea eyes....easy to catch.
He likes to lick hands and do a weird roll/popcorn thing when on your lap and ends up on his side to sleep. No idea why - i though once it was so i would rub his belly...nope .

Both can tell the time! 6pm on the dot the wheek until they are giving veggies. BigPig is exceptionally good at judging what time of the morning I do not want to be woken up by his singing (before 6am everytime) !

I loves them both muchly!

We have 4!

DGP1 (Sosua) is mainly ginger, and a bit of a bully. She gets first dibs at food, space, sitting-on-top-of-the-hiding-box!

DGP2 (Cabarete) is Sosuas sister. She kind of looks at Sosua sideways and does whatever she likes!!

The other 2 are juveniles so currently separate.

Chiquita is he squeakiest GP we've ever had! Very cool, disdainful about getting picked up (until you do it - she loves it!).

Palma is pure white, gorgeous and totally domestic! Sits on dd2's shoulders to watch tv!

GP1 is a grumpy, unfriendly girl, she loves all food, but not people.

GP2 is a sweet, timid, cuddly character who likes lettuce and greens.

GP3 is the smallest and most adventurous, she loves people, investigating new places, bananas and Wellington boots.

GP2 falls asleep and (if he's in croissant shape he's fine but if he's stretched out he's not) he rolllllls down mt shoulder and wakes himself up.
Cue lots of muttering. "You should've caught me Mother" so I put my arm along side him.

He yawns more than any other GP I've met. Not a toothbearing at GP1, just a long, cat-like yawn (and he has lovely white teeth)

B - loves my cat and follows her around, kisses her etc. She's not so keen on him (other than as tummy-filler, but I only let her near the gps under close supervision). He was the first one out of the carry case into the cage when I got them, as he'd seen food and was HUNGRY! He likes trying to escape, but hate being held. He does now let me stroke him when he feels like it.

M - Used to be the well-behaved one of the group, but since L became ill he's decided the break-out committee needs bolstering, so has made it his mission to escape from wherever he is. He'll throw himself onto my lap if I'm in the way of his escape, but only because he thinks he can lull me into a false sense of security. His favourite spot is in the drawers under my bed, and he'd sleep there all night if he were allowed.

L - Used to be untouchable, and loved to escape with B. However, a month ago he developed an ear infection, and his escape abilities lessened, as did his skill for avoiding my grasp. He's slowly regaining both, but is still on medication and so still gets lots of cuddles whether he likes it or not. He's the one that will demand breakfast at six in the morning (I need to learn not to breathe - it's obviously gives the sign that I'm alive and thus able to provide food!) and squeek loudly if what I've provided isn't up to scratch.

All in all my Three Musketeers are lovely wee souls!
