Is my hamster constipated?

I have a 11 week old hamster and today I noticed he was sitting oddly. Sort of like curled up squashing his belly and he looked like he was pushing. He kept washing his belly and bum. Is he constipated?

sounds perfectly normal. all our many hamsters have done this.
