Mouse keepers - I have a bully on my hands!

We have 4 mice; we got 4 because we went to the pet shop and they had a lovely sibling set of 3, which would have left the older (related) female on her own and I loved her; she's ginger and gorgeous... anyway....

One of the three sibs fights with the others, but mostly her almost identical sister.

She bites her fur on her backside, clings on and chases her around the tank... no blood drawn, ever, but lots of noisy squeaking and victim ends up hiding in the bedroom most of the time.

WHAT can I do to stop her? It looks awful...

I took the bully out for a couple hours last night and gave the rest a break; when she went back in, she was better, but this morning it's started again

Oh my, that must be worrying. I've never had mice, apart from babysitting one about 20 years ago. With gerbils, I know if they do start fighting, it generally means they have to be separated or one will do the other serious damage.

Hopefully a mousaphile will come along soon with lots of good advice. Good luck.

Could you keep them as two sets of two and house bully mouse with the older mouse.
