We already have 4 girl piggies and am gaining another at 3pm, I won't introduce them straight away but is it doable for them to live together eventually or will my 4 not entertain another?

I do have the space and cage to keep them separate but I wouldn't want longterm foster pig to be lonely!

You could start initially with keeping them next to each other for a few days where they can see and smell each other, then try introducing them in a large, neutral area and watch how they behave. They may accept her initially but it might cause an upset of the heirarchy of the group and cause a few spats. As long as no-one is being bullied or seriously injured then let them get on with it and they should settle in a couple of days.

HTH and good luck.

We used to have a large colony of pigs. They should be fine together, but watch out for bullying. We did find that they got grumpy if they shared sleeping spaces, so the more you can give them the better.
