A close relative of mine has recently been advised to consider inpatient rehabilitation, and I'm trying to understand what the experience is really like for both the person receiving care and their family.
If you've had direct or indirect experience with inpatient rehabilitation, what aspects did you find most helpful? Was there anything you wish you'd known beforehand? I'm particularly interested in how families stayed involved during the process and what support was available after discharge.
I'd appreciate hearing about different experiences and perspectives.
