Am I wrong to leave him on his own?

Me, separated husband (whos cocaine addicted) and 3 year old daughter had plans for afternoon trip out.

Husband been clean for 2 week after hitting rock bottom, i turn up at his mums to find home him to have used cocaine.

I've walked out and left him alone.

Don't know if I should have stayed to stop him getting more. Or I'm just soo mad, and hate the noises he makes when he's had it that I walked out and have left him there. Alone.
1st time posting - don't know what to do.

I can't say whether its the right thing to do but I'd have probably done the same thing tbh. Maybe leaving him alone will be the last rock bottom he needs?

You did exactly the right thing.

Your daughter doesn't need to be around him when he's taken drugs.

He's an adult. He makes his own decisions.

Nothing you can do will stop him. He has to make that decision for himself.
