I want to quit vaping

So iv been vaping in secret for quite a while maybe 2 years, I hate that I do it, I really want to stop. I used disposable ones and it's such a waste of my money, anyone any tips or advice on quitting

You could drop the nicotine level down gradually and then stop or just stop completely, only real options for quitting.

I wouldn't recommend using any nicotine alternatives firstly because all they do is replace one nicotine product with another and secondly they come with some side effects such as allergic reaction and vomiting.
