Can anyone identify this please?

Does anyone know what drug this is please? Is it speed or something else? It’s been ‘hidden’ in a tool tin, with a spoon.

I don’t think it’s drugs.

It would be a huge amount if heroin or any similar substance if it were. If a spoon was used to cook the substance it would be a larger spoon, usually bent, burn marks under it, clean as a whistle. No drug user would leave a spoon caked in the product.
