Phone or adult smart watch without games

I'm recovering from internet addiction & downgraded to a Nokia 105. However I've found I'm becoming very distracted by the snake game at work to the point where I came home from work yesterday to play snake! I'm awaiting counselling for my addiction. Is there any phone or smart watch designed for adults which doesn't have access to games? I need to be contacted by phone and text throughout the working day so not having a phone isn't an option & my work don't have any spare work phones to give me.

I don't know if any phones like this, but could you get child settings set up on your phone where the "parent" could restrict your ability to download games, asking your partner or a friend to be the parent in this scenario.

Thanks for the suggestion. I think Argos have an Alcatel phone that doesn't have games so I'm going to get it tomorrow.
