Is it any good for acne prone skin? I need something with really good coverage but isn't going to make me come out in even more spots.

Hi, no it's for a balanced skin so you may find your skin will feel oily after a couple of hours. The coverage is natural but you may want something fuller. To be honest (as someone who works for the company), Chanel foundations are fantastic for people with dry or balanced skin who don't need much coverage but not great for oily or acne-prone skin. Try estee lauder or lancome as they are better for your skin type or if you want to try Chanel, then Mat lumiere foundation is probably better for you!

Christian Dior is good for oilier skin too. I really like the Diorskin nude for a lighter coverage, and I've heard good things about Diorskin forever for fuller coverage.

I've got oily skin and haven't got on with any of the Chanel foundations.

Celery Which Chanel ones have you tried and what problems did you encounter with them?

I've tried Matte Lumiere and Vitalumiere, both just basically turned into oil slicks within a couple of hours, and slid off my face.

I have this problem with most foundations, to be honest, both liquid and mineral powders. Always on the search for one that works, mostly disappointed.

I quite liked the Revlon colourstay, that stayed put, but the coverage was too heavy for me. Quite cheap too.

Diorskin nude, I love this one. It stays put, stays matte, and looks and feels lovely.

Have you tried the Clinique anti-blemish foundation? That's supposed to be good for acne prone skin.
