I've got a business lunch on Friday at a very posh London restaurant, I had this dress delivered today but I'm not sure how to accessorize it.

Any ideas?

Hi sweetheart, I've got a near identical dress which I wore to the races recently. I wore a grey waistbelt with black suede shoe boots and a black clutch. As the neckline is quite high, I didn't wear a necklace but a statement beaded necklace could work, though I'd keep other jewellery to a minimum. If it's hot, the dress is smart enough to wear on it's own but it was a bit dreary when I wore mine so I put a smart black tuxedo blazer on top. Hope that helped!

Thanks GOS - can you link me to a similar belt?

I've got accessories in black, navy blue or pink. I'm going to have a look for a pair of cream shoes at lunchtime to see if they go with it.

I'm thinking heals, cardigan and bag in matching colours but is that too kitch?

I have a necklace similar to the one in the picture of the dress or some pearls on long strings so I'll try those with it but I also think earings and braclets might be a better look than a necklance

An alternative is nude patent heels - LK Bennett have them, or Christian Louboutin do them if your budget stretches that far! You could also wear a nice cuff/bracelet.

Did you get your heels at lunchtime? I tried having a look around for the belt but couldn't find one similar . To describe it, it's a gun metal grey colour, stretchy and has two interlinking rings that link at front. If you're going to have everything matching, I'd stick to black to be on the safe side.
