white stuff are a bit rubbish really

I've just phoned to check about an order that I haven't yet been refunded for and was told that they aren't able to check whether stuff has arrived back or not.So I have been advised to wait for 15 working days. Don't they have computers then?

That is indeed rubbish.

That is completely useless. They seem to be pretty bad for refunds. Would put me off ordering from them.

I think you'll find that this is the minumum Royal Mail make you wait before they can officially class a parcel as 'lost' (and therefore allowing White Stuff to make a claim). Cash flow and all that - don't pay out before you absolutely have to.

But really it's still rubbish, as surely when it comes in someone logs it???? Or someone in the stock room could look?

I got refunded today so maybe a bit hasty. It's the not being able to check thing that annoyed me though.
