Jeans length - is 31inch standard??

I don't have a tape measure to hand. Would 31 inches be the same as a general standard fit jean do you know?

Generally speaking a 32 would be called "regular" and a 34 inch would be called "long" (in places like Next, Boden, etc)

30 inch would be considered short I think - therefore 31 inch is somewhere on the shorter side of regular. If you are average height, would be fine with flat shoes, probably.
