White stuff: how generous are the sizes?

Have seen a couple of things that I like on their website, but am nowhere near a store to try stuff on.

How generous are their sizes in comparison to places like Boden/Joules/Monsoon etc?

I think they're about right. I do find the reviews of the individual items helpful on the website though- they usually give a good indication of sizing.

IME skirts tend to be massive and I have to go down a size .

Tops seem about right.

I'd be interested to know how generous (or not) the trousers/jeans are though

I find tops small- I am an 8 mostly in Boden and Jigsaw but have to go up to a 10 in WS.

Skirts are massive and always buy an 8.

I find their tops slightly small around the bust. I am a 12-14 and always get a 14 in WS.

they are about right on me.

I have just bought 3 of their t shirts.I am 36c bust and the 14's only just fit and are fairly low cut.Plus the sleeves are very slimfitting.However the heritage jacket is very big!.I bought a patterned shirt and the reviews say the sizing comes up large so i ordered the 12.However the arms are way too tight!- but the rest is ok so it is going back.I really do think they need to get their sizing right.

It varies a lot from item to item. Skirts often generous, but sometimes a little small in the waist. Fitted t-shirts often small, especially the arms - really, really tight arms on a lot of short-sleeved tops. Kaftans and more gathered t-shirts, sometimes a bit big and I can go down a size. Trousers vary a lot - I can wear 16 sometimes and it's a bit big, other times 18 is even too small. Anything v-necked is often really low-cut and I have to wear a vest underneath.
